    Hi I am seriously not impressed with your organisation as I have not had a response from my complaint last week. I will be teking my second set of BT headphones back to the store I bought them from and make sure that I never buy a Merkury product agian. Regards Paul

    2 of your bulb died within less than 6 Month, each one paid 26 euros.

    Not the best quality, and support from Zendesk is very slow

    I bought 3 drones from these junk peddlers....DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. TWO FLEW ONCE AND THE BIG DRONE FLEW TWICE...I HAVE 8 RUNAROUND EMAILS FROM THESE JOKERS....BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have the Power wireless earphones. The problem I am having with them is they only play on one side... the left side, the right side just stop playing. Do I return the headphones to the manufacturer or the store? the headphones are the : UZ-BTE19 and I just bought them around November last year.

    I have been trying to unsubscribe from this company because I signed up to a 30 day free trial in April 2024.  It is so hard to contact these people to cancel this subscription.  They are charging my bank account for the Basic plan every month for $3.99.  I need them to stop charging me because I am not using the product.
