    my merkury smart wifi camera HD 1080p not connecting. Your phone line support really sucks! No one answers only a stupid automated machine that tells you about road side and oldfolks. Fuck! Where is your help support.

    The headphone on charging for hours and when using it, it works only for less than 2 min than dead. Is there any suggestion to solve?

    I have a problem with my headphones Merkury MI-BTH14, I charge the headphones but when I try to switch on doesn't happen anything. The headphone is working because I conected with the cable jack and I can listen the music.

    Cancel my subscription.  I have the Basic plan fir $3.99 per month.  Stop billing my bank account, I don't want or need the plan.  Cancel the subscription.

    Fast forward to 2025, and their tech support is STILL aweful...even the AI/FAQ. It's not surprising though, being as they seem to be more interested pushing their "app", which seems to only aid in harvesting as much deeply personal information as possible (name, address, phone number, credit card, EXACT location, wifi networks, etc)...oh, and to spamvertise more of their junk, of course.

    Wade through all of that, and oops...they forgot that the app you were being forced to use was supposed to, oh I dunno...actually work for the purposes of setting up and using the product you PAID THEM for. But nope. Gets you to try to "connect the device to wifi", but there's no way to manually write a SSIDin, and you only get thrown to Android's Settings->Wifi page, and no combination of ANYTHING, any which way makes the app happy enough to let you through.

    So, waiting to see what their "tech support" comes up with (hah!). Guessing they made a break for the border with the $$$, but we'll see. Have to see what Walmart has to say for themselves in the meantime.
